Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: you are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label and sending the package. We do not provide return labels. Make sure to ship the package with tracking and keep the shipping receipt.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Problematic Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items),
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately via our webshop.

14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days – without providing any reason – in addition to the above return policy.

As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
